- Attend SART meetings when needed or invited.
- Develop and maintain SART resources, including templates, communications, coordinator lists, and the TAASA SART webpage.
- Serve as support staff to the Sexual Assault Advocacy and Systems Response Team, offering SART expertise to projects and initiatives.

- Comprehensive understanding of SARTs in Texas.
- Experience as a member or participant of a Sexual Assault Response Team.
- Experience working directly with sexual assault survivors.
- Skilled at building collaborative relationships across disciplines.
- Experience managing projects, teams, or initiatives.
- Strong background in training, facilitation, or presenting.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with sensitivity to diverse populations.
- Proficiency in Google Drive, Outlook, Microsoft Office, and other technology tools.
- Alignment with TAASA’s mission, vision, and values.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote environment.
- Willingness to travel statewide, including some overnights and weekends.
