We are seeking an inspiring and strategic leader to serve as our Executive Director. This pivotal role will guide Turning Point through our next chapter, fostering organizational growth, strengthening community partnerships, and advancing our commitment to survivor-centered advocacy. The Executive Director position is a unique opportunity to lead a respected organization making a tangible difference in the lives of survivors. You will have the chance to shape the future of Turning Point, build on our legacy of impact and work alongside a dedicated team and board. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with a passion for our mission, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving nonprofit success.

At Turning Point Advocacy Services, we are dedicated to empowering survivors of domestic and sexual violence to reclaim their lives and thrive. With a physical shelter based in Warren County, MO, our comprehensive services include a 24-hour crisis hotline, emergency shelter, and robust community-based programs designed to break the cycle of violence. We serve seven counties including Gasconade, Franklin, Lincoln, Montgomery, St. Charles, St. Louis, and Warren. As we embark on an exciting phase of growth with a sister site being built in Franklin County and renovation of the Warren County site, we seek a visionary Executive Director to lead our mission-driven organization and amplify our impact in the community.
