Member Services Specialist

Job Description

MOCADSV seeks an individual to serve as a Member Services Specialist. The Member Services Specialist works primarily with our Member Services Team, providing intensive problem-solving (technical assistance) and training to those seeking MOCADSV’s assistance. This position primarily focuses on training and technical assistance related to advocates working with survivors of domestic and sexual violence, program policy and organizational development, and the development of strategies for advocating within communities.

The candidate who enjoys training, facilitating discussions and meetings, building relationships with service providers and partners around the state, loves working with others, can work independently, has exceptional follow-thru, thrives when having and meeting deadlines, and enjoys people will love this position with MOCADSV.

Candidates should have exhibited knowledge of adult learning models, be adaptive to using different modes of training, be adept Microsoft products, Canva, and Prezi, and have the ability to learn new technology.

This is a hybrid-remote position. Requires travel to a variety of locations throughout the state. Some meetings in the Jefferson City office are required.

MOCADSV is the state’s domestic and sexual violence service provider association and has a mission to unite those with a shared value that rape, and abuse must end. MOCADSV does this through education, alliance, research, and public policy. The network of more than 90 providers is supported by a growing membership of connected partners of allies and professionals involved in all aspects of victim support services, offender intervention, prosecutor-based victim services, and violence prevention initiatives and campus safety programs, to name a few.

Starting Salary Range is $57,500 – $62,500
