Rose Brooks Center, a non-profit domestic violence agency, is currently hiring for a full-time Director of Operations. This position provides leadership and guidance to program operations with a primary focus on performance and quality improvement, staff training and orientation, grant administration, and interim leadership personnel supervision. The position oversees program evaluation and monitoring to ensure program operations are consistent with Rose Brooks Center’s principles of trauma-informed care, accessibility, and diversity and inclusion. The Director of Operations leads performance and quality improvement processes, accreditation, and provides recommendations to the COO and CEO for quality improvement activities and training. The Director of Operations provides personnel supervision to the Performance and Quality Improvement Manager, Advocacy and Education Manager, and the direct reports of vacant program director positions.
