Rose Brooks Center, a nonprofit domestic violence agency, seeks an experienced and mission-driven Chief Operating Officer to join our executive leadership team. Rose Brooks Center is dedicated to ending the cycle of domestic violence through comprehensive, trauma-informed services and advocacy.
The COO provides executive leadership and oversight of all direct service programs, ensuring alignment with organizational mission and strategic priorities. This role leads program operations, quality improvement, compliance, and risk management, while partnering across departments to strengthen systems, funding strategy, and community collaboration.
