Case Manager Therapist
Job Description
The Case Manager Therapist provides trauma-focused therapy and case management services for sexual assault and domestic violence victims efficiently and effectively, offering the highest quality of service and ensuring all YWCA standards and requirement are met. The position supports, advances and enhances YWCA Metro St. Louis’ mission, goals and objectives.
Develops and implements group therapy programs and education workshops for sexual assault and domestic violence clients.
Assess clients’ needs and develop individualized case plans.
Develop and maintain a supportive, therapeutic relationship with clients.
Provides case management services for group clients and individual clients.
Consults with community partners to ensure maximum utilization of resources and avoid duplication of services.
Complies and submits monthly statistical information to comply with grant and funding requirement.
