MCADSV hiring for new position

Missouri Coalition Against Domestic and Sexual Violence, an established and growing social-justice membership agency working to end domestic and sexual violence, seeks highly-organized professional with excellent customer service skills for a new position of member services specialist.

Responsible for variety of aspects of services to members through handling calls, written correspondence, services logistics, technical assistance, scheduling, and use of a variety of databases. Must use independent judgment, be able to work with a team and communicate with varied audiences. Experience in managing an office and projects required. Work experience in domestic and/or sexual violence advocacy and/or membership agency services preferred. Position based in Jefferson City. FT and benefits. EOE.
