Registering for the Conference

Registration is required to attend.

Members and VOCA grantees please register online through the Members’ Only side of MCADSV's website.

Non-members must contact MCADSV to register. Please call (888) 666-1911 or email MCADSV Education Director Nancy Foster at nfoster@mocadsv.org

Changing or cancelling your registration:
Cancellations must be made by noon on Wednesday, November 7. Failure to do so will result in the assessment of a $25 fee. After November 7, the online system will not allow you to cancel your registration. Cancellations can only be made by phone at (888) 666-1911 or by email to nfoster@mocadsv.org. If you have any questions, or require an alternative means of registration, contact MCADSV at (888) 666-1911. For D/deaf and Hard-of-hearing and Late Deafened, dial 711 for Relay Missouri.

Reserving your room at the Holiday Inn Executive Center

The deadline to reserve your hotel room at the conference rate of $102.95 plus tax per room (1 to 4 people) is Wednesday, October 7.

Call Holiday Inn reservations at 1-800-HOLIDAY or the hotel directly at (573) 445-8531 and ask for group block “SV9.” Hotel reservations also can be made online.

Check-in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is 11 a.m.

Getting to the Conference

The Holiday Inn Select Executive Center (2200 I-70 Dr. SW, Columbia, MO 65203) is located on the west side of Columbia, just off Interstate 70 at Stadium Boulevard (Exit 124).

From the west, Exit 124 is the first exit for Columbia. From the east, it is the last exit.

From Interstate 70, turn south on Stadium Boulevard, then west on Bernadette Drive. The Executive Center driveway is on the right, just past the sign for the Expo Center.
