By becoming a member of MCADSV, you join a group of individuals & agencies committed to making Missouri safer.

Membership is open to individuals, organizations whose primary mission is the provision of domestic and/or sexual violence services and supportive organizations whose mission indirectly supports the provision of domestic and/or sexual violence services and the work to end violence against women and children.

All members of MCADSV receive:

  • Free statewide and regional trainings.
  • Technical assistance (direct, problem-solving services) and training provided by MCADSV staff.
  • Public policy advocate present at the state and national level.
  • Free MCADSV publications and manuals.
  • Eligibility to attend MCADSV regional meetings.
  • Access to the MCADSV Resource Lending Library.
  • Regular updates on state and federal legislation relating to violence against women.
  • Access to MCADSV listservs.
  • Discounts on Annual Conference fees.

Types of MCADSV memberships:


 

Supportive Membership

Individuals who support the mission and efforts of MCADSV and want to join the collective of individuals & agencies committed to making Missouri safer ($45.00 annual dues).

Advocate Membership
Individuals who are employed by a member program of MCADSV and want to join the collective of individuals & agencies committed to making Missouri safer ($35.00 annual dues).

Student Membership
Full-time students who support the mission and efforts of MCADSV and want to join the collective of individuals & agencies committed to making Missouri safer ($25.00 annual dues).

Affiliate Membership
This category of membership includes the following legally recognized and/or incorporated organizations:

  1. Governmental organizations or public service entities operating under the authority of state, county or municipal governing bodies that provide direct services that include services to women, and their children, who are victimized by domestic violence, sexual violence, dating violence and/or stalking.
  2. Nonprofit, non-governmental organizations, established with a primary purpose other than that described on the previous page, that provide direct services to women, and their children, who are victimized by domestic violence, sexual violence, dating violence and/or stalking.
  3. Profit or nonprofit, non-governmental organizations that seek affiliation and alliance with organizations providing services to women, and their children, who are victimized by domestic violence, sexual violence, dating violence and/or stalking.
  4. Nonprofit, non-governmental organizations that have a primary purpose of the provision of batterer intervention services.
  5. Nonprofit, non-governmental organizations that have a primary purpose of the provision of sex offender intervention, treatment and/or management services.
  6. Governmental organizations or public service entities, operating under the authority of state, county or municipal governing bodies, that provide direct services that include services of batterer intervention, and/or sex offender intervention, treatment and/or management.

The dues structure for these organizations is $200.00 annually

Organizational Membership
This category of membership includes the following legally recognized and/or incorporated organizations:

  1. Non-profit, non-governmental organizations that have a primary purpose of the provision of direct services to women, and their children, who are victimized by domestic violence, sexual violence, dating violence and/or stalking; or
  2. Nonprofit, non-governmental organizations with an agency program operating that has a primary purpose of the provision of direct services to women, and their children, who are victimized by domestic violence, sexual violence, dating violence and/or stalking.
  3. The annual dues structure for these organizations is 0.2% (.002) of a program’s domestic and/or sexual violence services budget. The yearly minimum is $100.00.
